Next March 17, the anniversary of the 150th anniversary of the Unification of Italy, will be a festive day for all purposes (and who is staying at home - required by the service - will have to work will be afforded all the increases and recoveries under the Negotiable). Given that for us in this time of severe social and political tensions, it is even more important to discover a shared sense of civic duty and the high values \u200b\u200bof democracy and freedom that accompanied our first Risorgimento (in fact the resistance to Nazism was also called the "second Renaissance") and therefore is not questioning the importance of celebrating this important anniversary, but we humbly note:
1) this is a Negotiable 'obligation between the parties and a free transfer of sovereignty, from this point of view the same in all respects even to a private act between recognizing binding rights and obligations. And in the case of TLC granted workers a more favorable treatment;
2) for us it is undisputed that those who do not benefit from the March 17 as the day (both in terms of real holidays that increase economic compensation) as in paid leave or not, maternity leave etc.. should not be seen "reduced" on November 4;
3) would be appropriate, in consideration of enterprise agreements in place, the affiliated Asstel to make the point clear, not penalized in any way impacted workers.
