On 15/02/2011 a meeting was held between the Company and Assist RSU / RSA with the agenda: - new array, and any amendments;
- click to call back-office;
- CSI situation;
- business climate.
In reference to the first point, the FISTel-and SLC-CGIL, CISL, have put renewed attention about the changes from the matrix, in contrast with what was agreed with the unions.
On this issue, unfortunately, we are compelled to point out that the UILCOM-UIL, the company said that workers do not have any kind of complaint in relation to higher spin, but instead see it as responsive to their needs.
This not only contradicted the RSU / RSA this meeting, but above all it is shown that unity of purpose for which we have repeatedly reached out, in order to advance the Company Assist requests, responding to the needs of workers. The result of these differences was that of having to re-evaluate down our demands, still managed to snatch some improvements within the current session musician. Signed
